Ekoran sambutan yang luar biasa di Filipina, “SHE â€" WOLF†telah memenangi Anugerah Drama Rantaian Terbaik dan Pelakon Lelaki Terbaik (Piolo Pascual) di Star Awards for Television 2008. “SHE â€" WOLF†juga dipilih sebagai program TV yang paling digemari di Anugerah Anak TV Seal 2008 dan dinobatkan Drama Bersiri Terbaik di Anugerah Gawad Tanglaw 2008. Selain itu, “SHE â€" WOLF†juga terpilih sebagai Telenovela Terbaik di Festival BANFF World Televisyen 2009 yang merupakan satu-satunya pencalonan drama bersiri dari Filipina yang bertanding dengan 800 pencalonan dari 29 buah negara lain.
Pelakon wanita utamanya, Angel Loscin pula berjaya dicalonkan dalam kategori Pelakon Wanita Terbaik di Anugerah Emmy ke -37.
Menurut Puan Nurul Aini Abu Bakar, Pengurus Besar, Kumpulan Pengurusan Jenama, TV3, “Slot Telenovela di TV3 popular dengan siri drama dari Latin Amerika dan Sepanyol seperti Rosalinda yang pernah mencipta fenomena. Pada tahun 2010, Telenovela akan menjalani pembaharuan dengan memperluaskan pemilihan siri ke serata dunia. Sebagai permulaan, TV3 telah memilih siri drama tagalog, She-Wolf yang mempunyai jalan cerita yang menarik, pengembaraan yang mendebarkan dan juga kisah cinta yang menyayatkan hati.â€
Drama bersiri selama 60 episod ini mengisahkan tentang Lyka, seorang gadis jelita yang memulakan kerjayanya sebagai pembantu peribadi kepada pereka fesyen yang tersohor, Lady Elle. Noah ialah seorang Leftenan yang bijak dan mahir dalam peperangan. Noah menjalani misi penyamaran sebagai pengawal peribadi kepada Lady Elle untuk menyiasat operasi House of Elle dan organisasi gelap ‘Waya’.
Lyka dan Noah telah bertemu dan jatuh cinta. Namun, takdir mereka bakal memisahkan dua hati muda yang tulus ini. Sebenarnya, Lyka berasal daripada keturunan serigala jadian dan dia akan mengalami transformasi menjelang hari jadi yang ke 21. Malah, Lyka juga perlu akur kepada takdir dan amanat dari keturunannya yang menuntut Lyka sebagai pengawal dan penyelamat kepada keturunan serigala jadian. Noah pula terpaksa menyertai organisasi Luna dalam pelaksanaan misi menghapuskan serigala jadian.
Adakah Lyka dan Noah akan meneruskan percintaan mereka meskipun pelbagai rahsia, pengkhianatan dan kejahatan yang menyelubungi mereka? Piolo Pascual Noah Ortega Working as a Second Lieutenant in the Philippine Army, Noah is known for his intelligence, skills and speed in combat. Behind his quiet and mysterious look lies a man who is capable of loving deeply. Will he defy everything he believes in for the sake of love?

Shaina Magdayao Gabrielle Dizon An asset of the military who belongs in the Intelligence Division, Gabrielle is Noah's mistah and best friend. But her dedication to her craft will push her to fight against Noah who happens to be he man she secretly loves. She will do anything to make Noah happy even if it hurts her in the process.
Geoff Eigenmann Alec / Remus He's a wolf also and he came to help Lyka save their lives. Unexpectedly, he ended up loving Lyka who can't love her back. On the other side of the character, Remus is the god of the white wolves.
Ryan Eigenmann Anton He is deeply in love with Lyka whom he grew up with. Hence, he will hinder the romance between Noah and her. Using his intelligence as a chemist and his innate ferociousness, Anton will do everything in his power to have Lyka even if one of the choices is to kill Noah.
Pilar Pilapil Eleanora Blancaflor a.k.a. Lady Elle Her fabulous contribution in the fashion insdustry is famed across Asia. She works as the president of the "House of Elle" as well as the leader of an organization called ?Waya?. Hidden beneath her glamorous image and lifestyle is her ultimate secret known to a selected few. Lady Elle is also the stern protector of Lyka. She will discover that Lyka has her own secret.
Agot Isidro Nessa Raymundo Her dangerous nature forces Nessa to abandon her only child (Lyka) for the sake of the latter's safety.
Dante Rivero Gen. Leon Cristobal He is known for raising his kids with an iron hand. He takes his responsibility at work more seriously though, to the point that his mysterious mission comes first than his duty as a father to Noah and Zoe.
Robert Arevalo Manolo Sebastian Owner of the "House of Elle" and a former member of an organization called "Luna". He is willing to risk everything he owns in the name of love.
Dimples Romana Trixie Works as a costume mistress in the "House of Elle". She is the closest friend of Lyka and is hiding a secret that she doesn't know but is haunting her. This secret is something that'll change the plot of the story.
Irma Adlawan Clara Rivero She acts as surrogate mother to both Lyka and Anton. Clara's world mainly revolves around Anton since she sees him like a real son while Lyka suffers from her callousness. In one point of the story, she has to decide if she will kill Lyka for Anton while revealing who will save the lobo species.
